Elena is a dedicated physical therapist specializing in pelvic floor and orthopedic rehabilitation. Driven by a deep commitment to education and autonomy in healing, Elena supports clients through physical challenges with compassion and expertise. Her approach blends clinical knowledge with a belief that every person deserves to feel confident, strong, and capable in their own body.

Elena earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy right here in Pocatello, Idaho at Idaho State University.
